Privacy Policy

1. What data we collect

• Candidates: name, email, phone, country, trade, experience, languages, availability; passport and, if you upload it, residence permit; CV, photo and presentation video; your consents, with date and IP address.
• Agencies: company name, VAT number, billing data, name and contacts of representatives, credit orders.
• Browsing: technical data and, only with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies.

2. Why we process it

• Creating your profile and checking documents — at your request to register.
• Showing your profile to agencies and passing on contact details after unlocking — with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Managing accounts, credits, invoicing and tax obligations — contract and legal obligation.
• Security and abuse prevention — legitimate interest.
• Statistics and marketing — only with cookie consent.

Decisions about your profile are made by a person: documents are checked by a person, not by a program.

3. Who sees your data

Agencies see, before unlocking, photo, trade, country, languages, availability and video. Name, phone, email and CV open only after the agency has spent a credit. Passport and residence permit stay confidential: only the person verifying them sees them, never agencies.

Providers processing data on our behalf: hosting on servers in Germany (Hetzner); email delivery (Resend); assisted document reading, switched on case by case, where an artificial-intelligence provider (OpenAI) processes the image of a document to suggest the data — a person always makes the decision. The last two providers are based in the United States: transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR.

Your data is used only for the services described in this notice.

4. Security and retention

• Data is stored on servers in the European Union. Uploaded files are encrypted (AES-256) and access to documents is restricted and logged.
• Passport and residence permit: up to 12 months from the last verification.
• Candidate profile: up to 24 months from last login. We warn you first and then anonymise it.
• Agencies' accounting data: 10 years, as required by tax law.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, request portability, restrict processing, object, and withdraw consent at any time (arts. 15–22 GDPR). Write to privacy@lexbridgee.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country.

6. Cookies and minors

We always use technical cookies; analytics and marketing cookies only if you accept them from the banner, and you can change your mind at any time. The service is reserved for people aged 18 or over.
