We collect identifying data, academic backgrounds, work experiences, and an optional short presentation video for candidates who choose to register. From companies, we collect billing data and HR contact information.
2. Purpose of Processing
Data provided by candidates is used exclusively to match job supply and demand. For companies, we process data for legal procedures related to visas, contracts, and billing.
3. Security and Retention
Data resides on AES-256 encrypted servers located in the European Economic Area. We retain your profile in our database for a maximum period of 24 months from your last access. After this period of inactivity, data will be permanently deleted or anonymized in compliance with GDPR regulations.
4. Sharing with Third Parties
We never sell your data to third parties. Candidate data is shared with companies only after the purchase of a single profile unlock. For the Full Service, data is shared with consular authorities and airlines for visa and logistics management.
5. Your Rights (Right to be Forgotten)
