By using the Lexbridgee platform you accept the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Subject and parties

These Terms govern access to and use of the Lexbridgee platform, owned by Lexbridgee OÜ, a limited liability company registered in Estonia ("Lexbridgee" or "the Platform"), available at lexbridgee.com.

Lexbridgee collects profiles of non-EU workers, has their documents checked by a person, and makes them searchable by authorised staffing agencies. There are two types of users:

  • Candidates — foreign workers who register free of charge to be included in the catalogue.
  • Agencies (APL) — staffing agencies that browse profiles and unlock contact details with credits.

Lexbridgee supplies sourcing of verified profiles. Intermediation, contact with the worker, presentation to the company and the Decreto Flussi paperwork are carried out by the authorised agency; the employment relationship is formed between the parties concerned.

2. Profiles and verification

A profile enters the catalogue only after a member of the Lexbridgee team has checked passport, CV, photo and video, and after the candidate's explicit consent to share the data with agencies.

Before unlocking, the agency sees photo, trade, country, declared languages, availability and presentation video. Full name, phone, email and CV stay hidden.

Language level and experience are declared by the candidate. Verification covers the authenticity and legibility of the uploaded documents; assessing the worker's suitability is up to the agency.

3. Credits and unlocking

  • How you pay: you buy credit packs of 5, 10 or 20 profiles: you pay only for what you unlock. Current prices are published on the page for agencies; payment methods are shown when you place the order.
  • What a credit unlocks: one profile. Unlocking gives access to full name, phone, email and CV and is permanent for that profile.
  • Validity: credits are valid for 12 months from purchase.
  • After unlocking: the candidate's reply, interviews and hiring depend on the parties. The final decision lies with the agency and the company.

4. Unlocking rules

Agencies undertake to contact candidates only after unlocking and not to look up their identity by other means, such as:

  • reverse image search (Google Images, TinEye, etc.);
  • searching LinkedIn or other social networks;
  • querying public or private databases;
  • any other attempt to identify the profile.

Penalties: a breach leads to permanent exclusion from the platform, with no refund of remaining credits, and may give rise to a claim for breach of contract.

5. Refunds and complaints

Given the digital and immediate nature of the service, once performed, an unlock is final and non-refundable.

For complaints write to info@lexbridgee.com within 30 days of purchase. We reply within 5 working days. If no agreement is reached, mediation under Italian Legislative Decree 28/2010 is available.

6. Candidates' obligations

A candidate who registers declares and warrants:

  • to be at least 18 years old;
  • that the information provided (experience, qualifications, documents) is truthful and up to date;
  • to be the lawful owner of the data and files uploaded and not to infringe third-party rights;
  • to consent to showing their profile to agencies (photo, trade, country, languages, availability and video; contacts and CV only after unlocking) until withdrawn;
  • not to upload unlawful, offensive or misleading content.

Registration is free: Lexbridgee has no cost for candidates. You can delete your profile at any time by writing to privacy@lexbridgee.com. Lexbridgee gives your profile visibility with agencies; jobs, visas and residence permits depend on the agencies, the companies and the competent authorities.

7. Agencies' obligations

  • Operate in compliance with the rules on intermediation and temporary agency work (Italian Legislative Decree 276/2003) and hold the required authorisations.
  • Use unlocked candidate data solely for personnel selection, in compliance with the GDPR.
  • Keep the data confidential and share it only with authorised parties.
  • Follow the unlocking rules in article 4.
  • Treat candidates without discrimination on grounds of race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability or any other protected factor.
  • Offer workers only terms compliant with the applicable collective agreement and workplace safety rules.

8. Personal data

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy, drawn up under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

  • Data controller: Lexbridgee OÜ (Estonia) — privacy@lexbridgee.com.
  • Retention: as set out in the Privacy Policy. Agencies' purchase records are kept for 10 years for tax purposes.
  • Rights (arts. 15–22 GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection.
  • Cookies: technical cookies always; analytics and marketing only with your consent, which you can manage from the cookie banner.

9. Intellectual property

The "Lexbridgee" name, logo, design, code and original content are the exclusive property of Lexbridgee OÜ. Content uploaded by users (photos, CVs, videos) remains theirs; users grant Lexbridgee a non-exclusive, free licence to show it to agencies on the platform under these Terms.

10. Limitation of liability

Lexbridgee answers for how the platform works and for the document verification. The following remain with the parties concerned:

  • the outcome of contacts, interviews, hires or Decreto Flussi procedures;
  • the truthfulness of information entered by users, which is declared by them;
  • service interruptions due to maintenance, force majeure or cyber attacks;
  • indirect or consequential damages or loss of profit.

Lexbridgee OÜ's maximum aggregate liability towards each user cannot exceed the amount paid by that user in the previous 12 months.

11. Changes to the Terms

Lexbridgee may change these Terms. Material changes are notified by email with at least 15 days' notice. Continuing to use the platform after the changes take effect means accepting them.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Estonian law and, for consumer and personal-data protection, by applicable European Union law.

The parties first attempt an amicable solution. Failing agreement within 30 days of formal notice, disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Tallinn (Estonia). Consumers resident in the EU may also use the European Commission's ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
